  • 10’x10’ booth: $1,500.00

Move In Rules

TUESDAY, August 13TH
Vehicles:
1. There is a $100 round trip spotting fee. We require a supervised move-in with at least one bonded contractor or staffer escorting vehicles to their spaces. This is for safety reasons and is required by the facility and fire marshal.
2.  Bring a DRIP PAN FOR YOUR VEHICLES. This is required!
3.  Drain your gas! Only 1/4 tank allowed.  You will need to detach your battery once you have staged your vehicle. Be prepared with backup power!
4.  All exhibitors MUST WEAR THEIR EXHIBITOR BADGES at all times to be allowed in the hall. Safety and security reasons - our insurance requires this!
a) Low profile vehicles (Sedans, Vans, and SUVs) must be at the back of the Schaumburg Convention Center (Adventure Hall) by 9 am on Tuesday, August 13th.
b) Midsized buses 20'-30' must be at the back of the Schaumburg Convention Center (Adventure Hall) by 9:30 am on Tuesday, June 25th.
c) Large buses over 30' must be at the back of the Schaumburg Convention Center (Adventure Hall) by 1 pm on Tuesday, August 13th.
 IN-LINE BOOTHS:
 All exhibitors MUST WEAR THEIR EXHIBITOR BADGES at all times to be allowed in the hall. Safety and security reasons - our insurance requires this!
 All pipe and drape will be set up by 11 am on Tuesday, August 13th. Exhibitors are free to set up beginning at 11 am. All booths must be completely "show ready" by 3pm.
 The hall will close from 3 pm to 5 pm for set up so that we can finish the lounge area, carpet, and vacuum.
 

Move Out Rules
 

WEDNESDAY, August 14TH
 Vehicles:
 1. 2pm: Carpet will be rolled up first!
 2. Large buses move out first – starting at 2:30 pm; followed by shuttles and shorter buses; then the low-profile vehicles. You must be escorted out of the building ILLBA staff or the contractors. The show moves out from the back of the hall first to the front of the hall last.
3. Remove your own DRIP PANS – don’t leave them for us to clean up, please.
 IN-LINE BOOTHS:
 Move out begins as soon as hall announces that the show is over.
All booth material left after 5pm will be presumed garbage and thrown away.

Sponsorship Opportunities

As a sponsor you are free to choose from our menu of options which include both HIGH IMPACT advertising and EXPERIENTIAL branding opportunities. Your sponsor level is based on the total of your financial commitment. The more robust your programs with us, the more media attention you get!

EXPOSURE FACTOR: All sponsors receive media coverage before, during and after the show(s). However, the higher the level ofsponsorship spend, the larger the logo, and the more places you will see it!

Each event includes:

Depending on how early you commit to your sponsorship program. We market all events 3 months in advance plus one month after the event. These are your company brand exposure opportunities

E-newsletter Sponsor Spotlight Ads (weekly – 8 ads per event); the enews is shared on Facebook and LinkedIn, has registration and production promotional QR codes now as well.

E-blast ads promoting specifics of the events (20 blasts per event)

Social influencing with industry groups and association leaders that spotlight the case for attending our events. Sponsors are recognized by name!

Direct mailers – new this year, each event will include a DM campaign to at least 1,000 operators within a 400-mile radius of the events. Based on new research, we believe this is an important reinforcement to drive attendance. Printed brochures that back up digital marketing creates more impact by more than 50%.

Texting/What App messaging 30 days in advance of each event for outreach from these association leaders.

On-site Recognition by way of event Sponsor signage, step and repeats, branded items, booth interviews that are posted to social media channels in real time.
