Who We Are
About the ILLBA
The ILLBA was established in 1987 by a small group of operators to unify, protect, and promote the growing livery industry within the State of Illinois as well as the Greater Chicago Metropolitan Area. The ILLBA provides a forum for the collection and exchange of information pertaining to regulatory and legislative activities and issues that impact its member companies and to advance the interest of the Illinois livery industry and its members before Local, State, and Federal regulatory authorities. The ILLBA provides a means and encourages its member companies to exchange ideas and expertise in customer service, industry trends, employee hiring, vehicle maintenance, regulatory requirements, and other industry-related matters. With regularly scheduled meetings, events and newsletters, members have the opportunity to network with other operators, companies, suppliers, and representatives from state and local agencies. The ILLBA is governed by a Board of Directors and maintains no vehicles of its own and does not accept reservations from the public.
